These terms govern use of the FLAZZA website, app, and services. By using the service you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Arabic: الشروط.

1) Eligibility and accounts

You may use the app as a guest. Creating an account is optional and saves progress across devices. Provide accurate information, keep sign-in details confidential, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. A minor should use the service with a parent or guardian and in line with applicable law and Apple and Google terms.

2) License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful purposes under these terms. You do not receive ownership of the software, marks, designs, or question banks owned by FLAZZA or its licensors.

3) Prohibited conduct

You may not post illegal or abusive content, infringe privacy or intellectual property, impersonate others, harass or threaten, share links or phone numbers to evade safeguards, cheat or manipulate results, or attempt to break, disrupt, or scrape the service without permission. Players and content can be reported and players can be blocked in the app.

4) User content

You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you create or send and for having the rights to it. You grant FLAZZA a non-exclusive license as needed to host, process, display, and operate that content. We may remove or restrict content after a violation or a credible report. Publication is not an endorsement of accuracy.

5) Gameplay and educational content

Points, ranks, and badges are in-service digital elements and are not money or a financial right unless separate terms clearly say otherwise. Content is for general learning and entertainment and may contain errors; do not rely on it as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

6) Third-party services

The service may use Apple, Google, Firebase, hosting, email, and AI providers. Their terms apply where relevant. The current mobile app has no in-app purchases.

7) Moderation

We may restrict content or a display name, or suspend an account, for a breach of these terms, to protect users and the service, or to meet a legal duty. We consider the nature of the breach and provide a contact channel to object. Suspension does not prevent a lawful request to delete data.

8) Account deletion

You can delete an account or guest data in the app, or request deletion at the account deletion page. Deletion permanently removes progress, results, and related data as described on that page and in the Privacy Policy.

9) Availability

We aim for a stable service, but it may pause for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or stop a feature, with notice if the change is material. We do not warrant that the service or content is free of all errors or interruptions.

10) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLAZZA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from misuse, a third-party service, or an event beyond reasonable control. This does not exclude any right or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We first try to resolve disputes amicably through support, without limiting either party’s right to go to the competent authority.

12) Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date and ask for consent when required. For questions use the contact page or support@flazza.com.
